Reports improved! Take a look at what's changed

We've got some news to share! 

We know how big of a role reports play in your day-to-day work. Thus, we've decided to use your feedback and improve them, so you can work in a more efficient and convenient way. 

Here, we'll walk you through all of the new changes!

New Reports: Script Answers and Call Cost Summary

We've added two new reports that we'll help you better analyze your call efforts.

Script Answers - lets you see all of the details about the contact including his phone number, first and last name, e-mail address, company, and more. Of course, as the name states, you'll be also able to see all of the answers provided using the call script during that particular call.

Call Cost Summary - lets you quickly get a hint of how much a particular call costs you. You'll be also able to compare that cost to the duration of the call and connection, as well as, the direction of the call. What's important is the fact that this report takes into consideration the whole account also including the deleted projects.

Generate reports for a few campaigns at once

From now on, you'll be able to generate reports for various campaigns at once. 

Simply choose the reports that you want to download, as well as, the campaigns that you want the reports to be downloaded for.

We've done some cleaning

To make the whole process more convenient and straightforward we've changed the names of the few reports so they will better represent their actual purpose.

What's more, we've got rid of futile reports which were not used and seemed to only occupy the unnecessary space.

Downloaded reports will be sent to your inbox

From now on, you won't have to wait for the reports to download and you'll be free to browse the app as the reports will be sent directly to your inbox.

This - we hope - will bring you convenience and a better comfort of use.

New fresh look

To make sure you're 100% satisfied with the way you download and browse through your reports we've made a couple of changes to how the Reports tab looks like so the process of downloading them is simpler and more convenient.
