| Dear Voxbone customer, We're currently experiencing an issue with automatic topups of usage credits. We're working with our payments provider to resolve this as soon as possible. In the meantime, however, if you rely on automatic topups then you might see some issues paying for Voxbone services. To prevent this, log into Voxbone and make sure you've bought enough usage credits to see you through until at least the weekend.
