| You can set up prerecorded messages for any phone numbers in Dashboard. Personalize your Voicemail experience. When your agents are offline, you can choose two options. Allow your callers to listen to a prerecorded message and leave their response. You can play that message in Contact Details. Alternatively, you can set an option to play Voicemail message only. We made sure you won't miss any message. We will notify you about Voicemails left during your absence by push notification. Look for bell icon in the upper right corner. |
